What is WEEE?
WEEE stands for the European Directive 2012/19/EU (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and aims to prevent waste from electrical and electronic equipment and to reduce such waste through reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery. It sets minimum standards for the treatment of WEEE in the EU in order to contribute to a sustainable development in the long term.
What must be observed when disposing of Renfert waste electrical equipment?
Renfert electrical appliances are B2B (Business to Business) products whose disposal is carried out by Renfert. These are marked with this symbol and must NOT be disposed of via public disposal points.
If you wish to dispose of an old Renfert electrical appliance yourself, please observe the local legal requirements.
How can Renfert waste electrical equipment be disposed of?
The disposal of B2B products is the responsibility of the manufacturer. If you wish to dispose of an old Renfert electrical device, you can send it back to Renfert.
