Time travel into the future: Renfert invites you to IDS 2025

At IDS 2025, we will unveil three new products for daily use in dental offices and laboratories: the first fully mobile SILENT suction unit, the latest generation of the SIMPLEX dental 3D filament printing system and the extraordinary professional worklight LIGHT 1. Even in the year of its 100th anniversary, the company remains true to its motto: making work easy.

What do a caricature artist, modern dental equipment and a 100th anniversary have in common? They are all part of Renfert’s presentation at IDS 2025 and tell the story of a company that places people center stage. The focus is on three new products: With the SILENT XS, the company is presenting a real world first – the first fully mobile SILENT suction unit that can be moved flexibly between treatment rooms or to the inhouse laboratory; its battery operation makes the compact extraction system mobile. In the field of 3D printing, the new SIMPLEX 2 SX filament printer offers improved workflows for dental offices, dental laboratories and orthodontic practices; The further development of the dental 3D filament printer system focuses on more intuitive operation and a wide variety of materials, in addition to filaments for model production, there are also brand new filaments for printing temporary restorations and custom trays. The new professional worklight LIGHT 1 illuminates the work area homogeneously and glare-free, thus ensuring optimum visibility at the dental workbench.

The importance of optimal light in dental technology will be demonstrated by two experts
at the Renfert booth: On Thursday and Friday, MDT Klaus Müterthies will draw his legendary tooth pictures live under LIGHT 1 and hand over hand-signed works of art. The scientific perspective is provided by MDT Sascha Hein. He will be available for technical discussions on Friday and Saturday. An anniversary highlight: On all days of the tradeshow, a caricaturist will capture special moments from 100 years of Renfert. Visitors choose their preferred era – from the founding year 1925 to the vision of the future – and receive their individual caricature as a lasting memory; an entertaining reflection with regard to Renfert’s development.
