First steps

Congratulations on your new SIMPLEX 3D filament printer. The uncomplicated entry into professional dental 3D filament printing.

For a successful installation and commissioning of the SIMPLEX please download the software and follow each of the steps below.

The SIMPLEX 3D filament printer system not only includes the 3D filament printer.

With the SIMPLEX you also get the dental specific SIMPLEX sliceware, with which you can prepare your STL files easily and safely, thanks to pre-installed presets, for filament printing.

The SIMPLEX print software, with which you can access the SIMPLEX printer from your PC and start, pause and stop a print job.

Please download the software using the red button shown above and install the 2 software files stored in the zip file on your PC.

Before commissioning, please level the print bed and calibrate the FMS system this is explained in the the sections below.

SIMPLEX model isolation

O isolante SIMPLEX model isolation é indicado para o isolamento de modelos impressos em 3D. O isolante pronto para uso permite que aparelhos ortodônticos de resina dental sejam facilmente produzidos a partir do modelo impresso. Aplicado com um pincel, cria uma película isolante uniforme e extremamente fina na superfície do modelo. O resultado é a separação impecável entre a resina do modelo e a resina dental. Após a polimerização, a peça pode ser retirada do modelo mantendo todos os detalhes de superfície.
